To make sure our customers get the best value for their rental experience, Golfstiks will review your posting for quality check. After approval, your clubs will be ready for rental and available publicly.
Accept Bookings & Get Paid!!
When renters book your clubs, accept and agree on de-livery location. You also have the option to decline if the request is not convenient for you. You may exchange messages using the SMS feature on the web or mobile app to communicate details if needed.
Get paid via direct deposit within 3 business days after completion of rental service.
Your Clubs Are Covered
Renters have an option to purchase additional insurance to cover them in case of loss or damages. They also have their credit cards on file to pay for any damages or losses incurred while your clubs are rented out. In any case, with Golfstiks protection, your clubs are 100% covered and will be resolved in case of any approved disputes.
RESOLUTION CENTER
There is a resolution center to allow for disscussion and amicable resolution of disputes between renter and owner, moderated by Golfstiks customer support. Upon agreement to damages, renter’s credit card will be charged to pay for damages. Disputes must be submitted within 24 hours of completed rental service.
